We are looking for a Baker/fryer to prepare donuts, kolaches and a wide range of pastries. Baker responsibilities include opening the kitchen early in the morning, mixing dough, and glazing pastries. Ultimately, you will make sure we offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities

Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use

Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough

Bake kolaches, prepare donuts and pastries

Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking

Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries and donuts

Prepare custom-made pastries based on customers’ preferences

Fry donuts and pastries

Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters

Must be able to repeatly lift 50 lbs of dough

Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude

Shift 3am to 11am
