Started with some interior painting today, did plumbing and electrical work, employee bathroom work and a few other small repairs.

Also, we received word today that our brand new hand dip cooler is in and ready to be picked up.

We got two new freezers for all the extra hand dip ice cream that we will be ordering soon from Velvet View Farms!!! Absolutely amazing ice cream! IYKYK

Ordered a new hand wash sink and a few other items.

Met with multiple vendors over the past week for supplies and food.

We have WiFi available to the customers, there will be a TV in the dining area also.

Soft serve ice cream to be provided by Borden and is DELICIOUS!

We had a bunch of visitors today while working on the remodeling. Very nice to meet all of you and cannot wait to get everyone working. Thank you to all that have stopped by to apply and to everyone else that just wants to support us.

I had the pleasure of talking to a very nice young lady today from Killbuck that stopped by the shop while we were working on things. She is the very first person to take an application for employment at Knights Delights and will probably be our first official hire! Thank you to you and your dad for stopping by and we will see you again soon.
