To all the people last week upset with us selling out of product by noon, this is what we look like this week, with less than half the production. We're zero to sixty back to zero in the shoulder seasons. It's tough to gauge what's going to happen next.

And for all those who have the option, the second week after Easter is always a solid vacation time. Just look at the weather this week!

Who knew that the gold at the end of the rainbow was Bailey's pastry cream?! So we stuffed Lucky's hat with it and put some glaze on it.

Working on our beet pastry again, trying some new things. Right now we have caramelized onions with goat cheese, and the beets are cooked with s blood orange tea glaze.
