All ingredients will be as locally sourced as much as possible and as seasonally fit, yet always fresh and organic. Brekkie Bowls is more than just helping to nourish the community with healthy food. It's about chasing your dreams and never giving up I

t's about staying active and taking the proper steps each day to work towards the direction of those dreams. It's about nourishing your body every day with fuel that makes you the best you can be each day. When you get out of the water, when you are pau surf, when you have just nourished your soul with saltwater and have a huge smile on your face, we want you to come nourish your body with our fresh & organic creations. That's what this is about, nourishing our bodies on a holistic level, making us strong beyond the physical level, strong mentally and emotionally as well. Once we refine these states of being, we can all walk confidently in the direction of our dreams and continue to make our community and this world a better place. We strive to build a sense of community and empower people to live a more healthy & active lifestyle. After trying our creations, the empowerment felt within you will lead you to live by the three main principles Brekkie Bowls stands for; Health, Vitality, and Longevity. Once Brekkie Bowls is fully up and running and financially functional, the plan is to give back to our community that has embraced us. To sponsor the Keiki in their surf competitions, support local athletes in various competitions, organize seminars on nutrition and how to properly fuel our bodies, give back to local charities that embody our same vision, etc. When you invest in Brekkie Bowls, you are investing in the health and well-being of yourself and others as well.

Heyoo Brekkie lovers! I had a little mishap with the barbell and threw my back out. Sending my deepest apologies🤍 as Brekkie won’t be able to make it to the market on Tuesday [2/8]. Trust, I would be there if I could, but my main focus is healing so I can walk down the aisle 👰🏼 in ✌🏼weeks!

Oh my goodness, looking back at these birthday celebrations/ charity workouts has brought me so much joy in my heart and tears in my eyes! I wanted to create something bigger than myself. Something to bring people together & spread joy. Something to be able to give back to this Maui community.

Though I miss organizing these charity workouts, I was hoping this year for Brekkie’s birthday we could do a virtual celebration. One in which you post your favorite Brekkie memory from over the years, tag us, and you are entered to win some dope prizes. 3️⃣ lucky humans will be chosen at random selection on 12/21.
