Aloha everybody,
First of all we wanted to thank everyone of our followers for the amazing support from the beginning. We are truly sad to announce that unfortunately Piska will be closing its doors at the end of this month, Sunday Agust 28th. Please come support us and let us show you some love for one last time.

We will still be availible for private parties, catering or if you and your ohana want to learn some of our culture and make the best Ceviche around. We will keep everyone posted on future pop up events or private dinners. Muchos Mahalos to everyone for allowing us to live this dream, times are hard but Piska will always be around us

The story tells that this ceviche is “chuchaqui approved” and will bring you back to life after a night of a little bit to much alcohol.

🥥🦐ENCOCADO DE CAMARON🥥🦐

This dish was brought to Ecuador in the 1500’s by African Slaves who escaped from the Spanish and started a community in the North of Ecuador known today as Esmeraldas. The name Encocado means “cooked in coconut”, as the main component of this dish is Coconut milk, which is reduced with onions, peppers, and a variety of ingredients that give it an amazing unique flavor to it. Served over rice with curtido, avocado and sweet potato mousse and Chifleees 🔥🔥🔥🔥

This delicious Ceviche is made with local Fish, featuring a Calamansi-Aji Rocoto Leche de Tigre (Tiger’s Milk), citrus, spicy, sweet and extremely tasty is how we describe it. Comes with lettuce, white hominy and sweet potato mousse 🤤🤤🤤 served with our delicious Chifleees 🔥🔥🔥🔥

🐓 seco de pollo

This famous Ecuadorian plate is hearty and delicious. Savory chicken slowly cooked in a tomato veggie base with avocado and curtido ( pickled onion and tomato) on the side.

This dish is so beloved it’s eaten atleast once a week and every region in Ecuador has their own twist on this classic style plate.

Fun fact: Seco means dry and this dish is certainly not dry by any means. However,the main component of this dish is a mix of different dry seasoning 🤷🏻‍♀️ and that’s one theory on why they call it dry chicken stew 😁

Aloha guys!

We appreciate everyone patience as we get settled in our new location off of alahele place rd. We are right behind 86 gas station across from Kalama park, near the old wave pool. We will be opening real soon everyone! Can’t wait for y’all to see us in the new spot 🤙🏽

It’s been a nice ride in the Kihei food truck lot but PISKA will be leaving Dec 1st to it’s new location in south Kihei. Official address will be released soon🤗 with our new spot we will have an updated menu (some classics, some new delicious dishes) and new opening hours!
