OH Ingram Uncharted Wheated Bourbon, apple c***r, maple syrup, fresh lemon, and bitter, finished with a cinnamon stick

⚓Starter- Crispy Battered Bay Scallops
Golden fried bay scallops served with creamy Nashville sauce

Mixed greens, red onions, bleu cheese, candied pecans, smoked bacon, and sliced apples, tossed in maple vinaigrette

Served over wild rice pilaf, sauteed seasonal vegetables, and topped with roasted onion beurre blanc
