Our savory crêpes are made with buckwheat, a grain that has been grown in Brittany for centuries. It is naturally gluten-free, nutty in flavor, and a little earthy in the best possible way.

It is also what makes a galette taste like nothing else.

Eggs Benedict sounds English. It is not.

The dish was invented in a New York hotel in the 1890s. Even the English muffin underneath is American.

So if the name never made sense anyway, we built it our way. We put it on the one thing we know how to make better than anyone: a croissant.

Every crêpe starts the same way: a bowl, a whisk, and no shortcuts.

We make our batter from scratch. We melt our own chocolate ganache. We cook down fresh berries into coulis, slow caramel until it turns deep and golden, whip our chantilly fresh.

Even the fruit on top was cut just for your plate.
