Hey Rhapsody Crew!

I love an all day rain like this. It puts me in the mood to write, so I’ll definitely be doing some of that today.

The ribs are getting better. I can cough and sneeze now without it bringing me to tears. Every day is getting a little better. 😄

I’ve been getting a lot done from the resting position this week, editing videos, writing, and researching apartments in Portugal.
Looking at places to live makes this whole move feel more real. It’s going to be such a different way of living. I’ve heard everything from “How exciting!” to “Why would you do that?” Some of the comments have made me realize how many assumptions people have about Portugal. The time I spent there I loved what I experienced, but there’s so much more I want to learn. I’m excited to meet people, settle into everyday life, and share that with you as I go.

Ep 72 is done and will be out Sunday! Rhapsody spreads her wings and flies in this one. It was a fun episode to put together.😃⛵️

Tuesday night, Sam and I went with friends to burger night at Good News Farm in Stockholm. They raise grass fed cattle, pork, and chickens, and make the burgers from their own beef. I had the Sweet Heat double smash burger, Sam had the Fun Guy, and both were fantastic. The fries were cooked to perfection too.
The farm sits on top of the bluff with a beautiful view overlooking Lake Pepin, they have a verity of yard games and there is no traffic noise which is always nice. If you’re in the area and craving a great burger, stop in!
Hi Britney! When we walked up, one of the staff asked me how the sailing had been. I was surprised and asked how she knew. Turns out Britney has been part of the Rhapsody Crew since the 404 Coffee Shop days! If you stop in, be sure to say hi to her.

I’m hoping to finish the next visa update today, too. And thank you to everyone who watched or will re-watch 😉 Ep 71!

Today we celebrate 250 years since the birth of the United States.

Whether you're spending the day at the lake, on the water, around the grill, watching fireworks, or simply relaxing with family and friends, we hope it's a day filled with laughter, good memories, and a little time to appreciate just how fortunate we are.
Thank you all for being part of this incredible community. Over the years, you've followed us through rivers, anchorages, storms, sunsets, road trips, and now the next exciting chapter that's just around the corner. We couldn't ask for a better crew.
