As a pastry chef, I have to balance my time between taking care of my children and making sure I create the most delicious and beautiful desserts for my customers. It can be challenging, but the satisfaction of seeing my children happy and my customers enjoying my creations makes it all worth it๐Ÿ˜Š

One important insight I have learned along the way is the importance of โฐtime management. I make sure to plan my days ahead and prioritize my responsibilities to make the most of my time. This has allowed me to be present for my kids when they need me and still have time to focus on my work.

Being a pastry chef in ๐ŸŒดMiami also comes with its unique challenges, such as the hot and humid weather that can affect the quality of my ingredients and desserts. However, I have learned to adapt and work with these challenges to produce the best results.

My life now is a rewarding but demanding journeyโค๏ธ
