We waited an entire year for this… prepared for months… and then BOOM 💥 — 4 days were gone just like that!

Our feet? DEAD. 😂
Our energy? NOWHERE TO BE FOUND.
Our smiles? Still there… but definitely running on caffeine and pure willpower. 😅

But honestly? Every single second was worth it. ❤️

Seeing your faces, hearing you tell us how much you loved our food, watching you come back for more, and hearing “this is SO good!” made all the tiredness disappear… well, almost. 😂

And to EVERYONE who waited patiently in line — THANK YOU! 🙏
We know the lines were long, and we truly appreciate every single one of you who decided to wait for Las Delicias.

And after almost 200 POUNDS OF STRAWBERRIES 🍓🍓🍓…

I think we can officially confirm that YOU GUYS REALLY, REALLY LOVE OUR STRAWBERRIES! 😂❤️

Kewanee, thank you for being part of our dream and for helping us get just a little bit closer to our goals with every taco, every torta, every strawberry cup and every agua fresca you buy from us.
