OK, Facebook Friends. The time has come to talk about the Elephant in the Room? The Sign on the Lawn? Whatever...

If you've been past the Brewery in the last few days, you may have seen the For Sale sign. It's true and it's for us. LyonSmith Brewing, Pub Grub Kitchen and the Property itself are all For Sale. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone considering opening their own brewery, cidery, meadery, distillery, food truck commissary, restaurant or any other business that could benefit from easy access to 54A, close to Keuka College, with a large retail type area and a large manufacturing type area. Please know that we cannot afford to just shut the doors here until this place sells. We are still open and operational, brewing new b**rs and making good food until someone hands us a check and signs papers. Friday is still Trivia Night from 6-8 and we are still at the Windmill until the end of the season. Nothing operational changes at this point.

Now that we've fed the Business Beast, we would like to take the opportunity to say Thank You for all of your support over the past 13 years. This is a great community full of wonderful people. It's impossible to overstate how much you all have meant to us as a business and a family. Please let's make this time a celebration. Please come and see us this winter. Let's raise a pint together to the good times, and talk about the past and the future. We want to see the babies that we've met over the years, and the dogs that left Paw Prints on our floors, doors and hearts. We want you to come and find your pin in our map. Tell Dave about the b**rs you've had recently! We are full of joy about reconnecting with you, and then after LyonSmith Brewing, reconnecting with our family.

It's been a hell of a ride. Come finish these last few miles with us, just like you've been here from the beginning.

It's Harvest Season, and we are celebrating the bounty of the Finger Lakes! This week, we are offering a Creamy Butternut Squash Soup (100% made in-house) as the special. This one can go as a Bowl with a half portion of our Sourdough Grilled Cheese on the side, or as a Cup. Both will be garnished with a dollop of Sour Cream, Thyme and Pepitas (Shelled, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds).

The Pub Grub Kitchen is Open Friday 5-8, Saturday 12-8 and Sunday 12-4. We hope to see you then!!
