Hello,
I am Caeleigh and the pup you see in the profile picture is my medical alert service dog!
I am a 19 year old q***r and disabled baker out of Kettering, Ohio!
I have a passion for baking and pursing a career in baking!
I have been baking for a few years and now putting in more work to make it a full on business!
Everything I make is vegan and somethings are also gluten free!
The name Ruthie Roux Bakery has a very meaningful background!
Ruthie is the name of my service dog, Roux is a cooking technique, and bakery because that is what this is!
I also call Ruthie , Ruthie Roux all of the time!
Expect to see tons on delicious baked goods and fun!!

Moist cinnamon apple cake rolled in cinnamon sugar while warm.
Then drizzle with a vanilla glaze.

Vanilla or chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse frosting.

Crumbled cake on the bottom with a layer of
Peanut butter mousse frosting then another cake layer and final peanut butter mousse layer.
This peanut butter mousse stuff is NO JOKE! It is the fluffiest peanut butter ever and not too sweet at all!! Ready for pickup in the morning!!

Cherry Pie
This cherry pie was for my step-grandfather Jack. I hate to add the step because he is the only grandpa I have ever known.Yesterday, he turned 94 years old. He is a World War 2 Navy vet. Unfortunately, he is suffering from Dementia and it is hard to have conversations with him anymore, however he is my biggest cheerleader and always has been. Nowadays, he doesn’t remember a lot, but he always remembers me and my baking!
I am so happy I got to make him his favorite dessert!!
Happy 94th Jack! I love you!!
