OSoSlow BBQ Competition BBQ team We joined the fun hobby of competitve BBQ after years of backyard BBQ, and grew from there !

We use our own rubs & cook with Hickory for that true BBQ flavor...Award-Winning ! Backyard BBQ'rs for a couple of decades, joined the comp tour in '07 I believe and occasionally have had some success! Also cook for events , mostly 2 wheel & 4 wheel get-togethers, 100 to 150 folks....Nothing like the smell of True Que : Hickory, Pecan, & Cherry smoke w/ beef & pork accents ;)
