With all transparency we have made the difficult decision to close today and will also be closed Saturday.
Frankly, with the heat the A/C unit cannot keep up. This poses risks to our refrigeration equipment, our stock, our customers, team and ultimately food safety. While our equipment is keeping a comfy 37f to keep our supply cool, it’s working really hard to do so! Especially when the A/C is set to 65 and it’s 78 inside! We will never “take a gamble with food safety” to stay in the game. A temporary solution is on the way and with the cooler than 100 temps next week we will be open our normal schedule.
To recap we will be closing today at 2pm and will be closed Saturday. We will return our normal schedule next week!
We apologize for any inconvenience and understand the concern and frustration that can come with these hard decisions.
Just know we are working on a solution, we love you all greatly and have everyone’s best interest in mind!
