🎉Today is Gerardo’s birthday! He’ll be at two of his favorite places today: vecinos_cafe AND Trailhead B**r Garden 9am to 9pm you’ll find him at there!

Cafe life is no joke and he was made for this! Hard work, long hours and loving every minute of it. He starts at 6am everyday and makes everything from scratch. Come celebrate with us today between 9am and 9pm in Kerrville!

No rain in Kerrville at the moment. Just a beautiful morning by the Guadalupe River. We’re still under a flood alert but all is well so far at the pavilion overlooking the Guadalupe River across from Vecinos Cafe.

Just posting an evening video for those curious about the status of the Guadalupe River from the pavilion across from Vecinos Cafe in downtown Kerrville.

It has been raining off and on throughout the day but nothing to complain about as we’ve needed rain. We’re receiving flood watches and warnings but the skies are clearing up a bit now. We’ll see how tonight goes.

I’ll post tomorrow again in the morning and late afternoon so those interested can see. Thanks for thinking of us to those out of town!

The rain continues so here’s a video from the Pavilion overlooking the Guadalupe River across from vecinos_cafe in downtown Kerrville, TX. I’ll post for those who are curious and are staying home.

Kerr County had been impacted by so much flooding the past two years. We’re resilient and we’re tired and we’re thankful for all of the rescue teams who arrived the past two days who are ready to help.
