It’s been a long and intense day for North Carolina Task Force 11 as teams continue their search and rescue efforts across Western North Carolina, from Hickory to Old Fort to Asheville. The challenges are relentless, but our crews remain positive, humble, and laser-focused—tackling one task at a time, working tirelessly to protect and serve.

We’ve received many inquiries from followers about loved ones in the areas where our teams are operating. Please note, we are unable to field those requests through social media.
