One bluefin. Two ways. 🐟

Caught off the coast of Point Reyes by our friend Charlie Hicks, then handed over to Chef Miller at Stella.

First, raw:
Tuna crudo with shallot + colatura di alici mignonette, farm cucumbers, Castelvetrano olives and fried capers.

Then, fire:
Seared bluefin with cipolla soubise, Glentucky spigarello and a golden garlic, coriander + Aleppo crust.

Same fish. Same night. Two very different ideas of what to do with something this good.

Turns out, the early bird has excellent taste. 👅 🍝

We’re introducing Stella’s Early Supper:
three courses, your way, for $55.

Choose your first. Choose your second. Finish with house-made gelato or sorbet.

Think cacio e pepe, rigatoni bolognese, pork chop Milanese, wood-grilled Petaluma chicken, mozzarella in all its glorious forms… you get the idea.

The only catch? You’ve gotta beat the clock.

We’ve always wanted Stella to be the kind of place you can come into any night of the week, sit down, eat really well and feel taken care of.

So we’ve been thinking about how to make that a little easier.
Early Supper starts tonight. 🍝

Monday through Thursday, come in between 4:30 and 5:30 and have three courses for $55. It’s a lot of the food we love cooking, at a price that hopefully makes it easier to come see us a little more often.

No big occasion needed. Sometimes you just want a really good dinner on a Monday. (Plus complimentary corkage every Monday too!)

Starting Monday, we’re introducing Stella’s Early Supper: three courses, your way, for $55.

Choose your first. Choose your second. Finish with house-made gelato or sorbet.

House-made tonnarelli, sungold tomato pomodoro, crispy bacon lardons, Jimmy Nardello peppers + purple basil, with the produce coming straight from Glentucky Family Farms.
