It's a Christmas miracle...but in June.
Good News First:
We got our freezers back up and running. You can catch our bus out at Food Truck Fridays on Friday and downtown GR for Grand Rapids Pride Festival all day Saturday & Sunday. Plus the weather this weekend looks amazing.
Bad News:
We will have one more day of our shop being closed so that we can get everything returned to normal. So the shop will be closed Friday but we will be back open again Saturday 12p-8p.

We would like to thank Weidenfeller Refrigeration they literally save our bacon. We also learned apparently there are either some poorly trained techs or shady practices that go on to take advantage of businesses. As we learned the last company we hired to fix our freezer used the wrong fuse which is why it went out again. Then that same company told us that the compressor was fried and we needed a new one, only $7,000. This was after we waited a week for them to come out. This obviously was a devastating blow and a huge cost we didn't know if we could bare. We call Weidenfeller, talked to the owner he sent out his son the next day. They all were amazing, he tested and retested our compressor and it was perfectly fine, just needed the right fuse. He was able to get our freezer back down to minus 30, and we were good to stock ice cream sandwiches once again! Needless to say we will be calling them from here on out.
