The Gypsy T Room will be serving exotic teas, Italian sodas, coffee recipes from Turkey, Cuba, Mexico, France, and of course the coffee that we love in our home country. Relax in a Bohemian atmosphere in this little out of the way cafe. With beautiful art done by local artists as well as beautifully decorated, thematic rooms--it will be a place to remember. Dear Friends...not to worry... my health is getting better...But i do have to get a new place to live before June.. Katy is graduating in May so things are on the move. I am sorry that it has gone on this long. i will NOT abandon this project. We WILL OPEN!

What kind of odd and unique teas have you encountered in your life? I recently received 3 teas from Latvia. It was interesting to use Google translate to reveal the ingredients hidden by a language barrier. I found herbs in there such as catnip and oregano! There's many different teas out there--such as Tibetian Butter tea-which is savory rather than sweet! Tell us your stories and stay tuned for more announcements!
