A customer asked me this a few weeks ago, and I had to tell her…

“Not an abuelita… it’s an ABUELITO!” 😂👴🏽

All jokes aside, we had to give our cook Mario the recognition he deserves.

He’s the one behind Circo Circo’s Caldo de Camarón, made fresh to order with freshly diced vegetables, juicy, tender shrimp, and a flavorful seasoned broth.

Served with bread or warm tortillas and a side of lime. Healthy, steaming hot, and it hits the spot. Panza llena, corazón contento❤️🦐🥣🍅🥕🥔🍋‍🟩

And honestly, when someone asks,
“Who’s the abuelita making this?”…

That’s a compliment ✨

CHILES RELLENOS 🌶️🇲🇽

Our poblano peppers are roasted and carefully peeled by hand, then stuffed with cheese, dipped in a light, fluffy egg batter, and fried until beautifully golden. We finish them with our house made tomato sauce.
