My friend, Hoyeon Park — a global restaurateur with successful spots across South Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore — is bringing an exciting new Korean dining experience to Seattle.

"Busan Jeong (부산 정, 釜山情)"
Specializing in authentic Dwaeji Gukbap (Korean pork broth with rice), inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Busan. Slow-simmered pork broth with rice and homemade kimchi will be pure comfort in a bowl — especially perfect for Seattle weather! 🍲
