Our next reservation period, October 23–31, will open today, October 11, at approximately 11:30 PM (PT).

Please note that this may not be our final reservation period before our temporary closure. There is still a possibility that we may extend our opening dates a little longer (the last day will be in November; we will confirm soon).

This temporary closure will be a time to tidy and organize this location for something better.
This location will reopen afterward and remain open for as long as possible.

I sincerely appreciate all the kind messages and concerns I've received.
Please rest assured that this is not a permanent goodbye. We plan to reopen this location and continue serving our guests for as long as possible.

Although we don't have a confirmed reopening date yet, we will share more information and our future plans as soon as everything is finalized.

🍣 Temporary Closure Announcement

Sushi Kaunta will be closed from October 11 through October 22.

We will reopen on Friday, October 23, but will remain open for only approximately 2–3 more weeks.

After those final 2–3 weeks of service, this location will be closed until further notice. We will announce any updates as soon as more information becomes available.
