Today before work we celebrated our long time employee, Pat. With almost 35 years of being our head chef he has decided to slow down to part time. From ordering groceries, checking inventory to training our exceptional kitchen staff, Pat is not only our employee but he’s our family! Don’t worry Pat will still be around but you might actually see him on the other side of the kitchen doors in the dining room 😊 CHEERS TO PAT !!!
