When Julie found out that her favorite ice cream shop was closing, she jumped at the chance to take over and continue its story. Scoops Ice Cream & Candy has been a local staple for a decade, and it’s not hard to see why. Their incredible array of decadent desserts includes Wisconsin-made ice cream and hand-crafted cakes, and with vegan, no-sugar-added, and gluten-free options, there’s truly somet

hing for everyone. And mean everyone -- they have doggy frozen yogurt, too! Thanks to the support of locals like Julie, Scoops will continue to be Kenosha’s favorite place to grab a sweet treat for many years to come.
