We are proud to be partnering with another excellent Kenosha HarborMarket vendor again - market We are pairing their harvest of fresh crispy slightly tart Zestar apples to make our Caramel Apple Blox.

Imagine little warm crunchy gluten-free deep-fried Waffle Blox topped with cinnamon sugar, whipped cream, salted caramel, and cinnamon roasted fresh apples. Add a side of our Apple Cider Sauce for a perfect pairing.

Stop by our booth then a little south for their wonderful farm fresh selections.

At Waffle Blox, we make our own gluten-free waffles, cut them into bite-sized squares and flash-fry them until crispy outside and warm and fluffy inside.

We’re bringing our full GF Waffle Blox menu to Elote Festival, plus one special creation available only this weekend:

It's peach season!! What if we made some Blox inspired by a fresh peach cobbler? Well...we are partnering with our friends at Wayne Miller Orchards from Michigan.

Come by the Kenosha Harbor Market the next few Saturdays from 9-2 for some one of a kind Peach Cobbler Blox. Then mosey on down to their booth for some fresh Michigan Peaches. Can't beat them!

They are available for the next two weeks only.

And yah know...imagine if you could add ice cream? Wouldn't that be AMAZING?

Lemon Blueberry is here for one last weekend!! It's got lemons, blueberries, and love. Fresh Michigan blueberries from Wayne Miller Orchard at the market. This Saturday from 9am to 2pm at the Kenosha Harbor Market near the museum.

Come try Lemon Blueberry or some Garlic Parm Blox. Just look for the waffle flag. Psst...we have the Buffalo Chicken Blox if you ask real nice. They're just not on the menu 🙂

Lemon Blueberry is back this weekend!! And not just any blueberries - fresh Michigan blueberries from Wayne Miller Orchard at the market. Good stuff.

It's summer time and we are bringing the berries! Very Berry Blox.

Imagine little warm crunchy vanilla gluten-free deep-fried Waffle Blox topped with cinnamon sugar, whipped cream, triple berry drizzle and fresh cut blueberries and strawberries. Add a side of triple berry sauce for a perfect pairing.

We will not be at the market this Saturday. We will return on the 20th from 9-2pm. We will remain for the balance of the Summer.

Please visit some of the other fantastic vendors at the market.

Once again some of the key waffle makers will be in Bloomington Illinois at the Special Olympics Summer Games to see my son Zachary lift some heavy things in the power lifting competition. So grateful that we can choose to make this business a part of our lives and not all of it.

We will be back on the 20th in Kenosha.

Our Coffee Blox are back: deep-fried gluten-free Waffle Blox with that coffeehouse dessert vibe. Think rich coffee flavor, sweet topping, a little chocolate drizzle, and that “I should probably share this but I’m not going to” energy.

Weekend Waffle Blox Update

Sorry folks - We will NOT be at the Kenosha Harbor Market this Saturday, but you can still find us out and about this weekend.

Saturday: Allendale Hustle 5K
9 AM – 1 PM

We’re excited to be part of the Allendale Hustle 5K. Allendale does meaningful work supporting kids, families, and the community, and this event is a great way to show up, cheer people on, and spend the morning together. Whether you’re running, walking, supporting someone, or just stopping by, we’ll be there serving hot gluten-free Waffle Blox.

Sunday: Lakefront Brewery Maifest
10 AM – 3 PM

We got crushed last year. But we will be ready this year. On Sunday, we’ll be at Lakefront Brewery’s Maifest, a gluten-free festival celebrating food, drinks, and community. This is a perfect event for Waffle Blox.
