🍉 Watermelon Soup (Cold)
Refreshing local watermelon, olive oil, basil, mint, lemon juice, and a touch of cayenne.

🥩 Rib Eye Steak
Marinated in our secret sauce and served with roasted potatoes, vegetable of the day, and topped with Italian salsa verde.

☕ Classic Tiramisu
Espresso, rum-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and cocoa powder.

Stuffed with spinach and feta, coated with herbed panko then oven roasted. Served with creamy orzo
