Over the last 45 years, Chick-fil-A has introduced new menu items, opened thousands of restaurants, and experienced incredible growth. Through it all, one thing has never changed, Ralph Stephens’ heart to serve.

For 45 years, Ralph has led with humility, invested in people and made a lasting impact on our team, our guests, and our community. His leadership has always been about more than running a restaurant—it’s about caring for people and making a difference, one person at a time.

Thank you, Ralph, for 45 years of faithful leadership, unwavering service, and the example you’ve set for all of us. Your legacy continues to inspire, and we’re honored to celebrate this incredible milestone with you.

Congratulations on 45 amazing years as a Chick-fil-A Operator! ❤️🐄
