I just want to take a moment to talk about my hours of operation. ⏰

Let’s use tonight as an example. We close at 8 PM on Sundays. That means I will happily 😁 take your order at 7:59. If I wanted to stop taking orders at 7:59 I would close at 7:59. I want each of my customers and supporters know that I will NEVER have an issue with you calling at the very last minute to place an order.

When I tell people it is my pleasure when a customer thanks me for their order, I genuinely mean it. It is my pleasure to serve you and I am grateful for each and every customer that walks through my door, orders online for a delivery, and the ones who use 3rd party platforms such as UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.

I know there’s a lot of places around local and nationwide that will get upset about those customers who order the last available minute. I’m just here to tell you that I love those orders. Just when I thought the day was over and we’ve done all we can do, there’s that shining light on my screen and that buzzer that beeps in the kitchen to tell me that someone chose my restaurant for dinner or late night snack.

And I am just has excited and eager to make that order as I am the moment the first order pops up for the day. So to my amazing customers, when we close at 8, 9, or 10 depending on the day, that means we will gladly take your order up until the moment we close.
