I was honored to be able to cater my son’s FFA banquet last night. I served pulled pork, boil potatoes and green beans. We had alot more sides from the other parents who brought to the Pot Luck. I smoked 4 Boston butts for 16 hours. Me and my wife want to thank Mrs.Barnes and the FFA officers for asking us to help with the food and for recognizing us with a certificate!
