Hi everyone! My name is Madison Smith and I am currently a student at the University of Nebraska at Kearney studying education (currently 🤭)! I started baking in 2016 when I was 10 years old and decided to start a business perusing what I loved, but life happened and I fell away from what was known as “Madison’s Sweet Delights” around 2020. Throughout college I have been asked and have asked myself constantly what I want to do with my life, and while I am excited to pursue and work in the education department I felt like I was missing something. This is where I came back to my passion of baking and started baking again as a hobby. After getting back into the flow of baking and decorating it brought back the memories and joys of being included and trusted with important parts of various important events in people’s lives, events for the community, or just seeing people’s smiles when I had their favorite flavors at the farmers market! I have always been taught it is important to find something you enjoy and peruse it to the fullest because enjoying and being passionate about what you do in your life is important and a gift! With this I decided to start Butter & Bloom my new baking business with the same love and drive I had 10 years ago but now with more knowledge and passion than ever before! New recipes will be popping up along with some fun plans for the future but for right now if you have an event, special occasion, or just want a treat DM me or contact me to order!
