I’m so sorry I won’t be able to serve food this Friday 3/27 at Coffee Notes — I’ve come down with something this week and need to take time to rest and heal.

Aloha & Tenastillin Big Island📣 I am thrilled to announce that Ital Grindz will be taking a break from serving in Orchidland, but this pause is not the end, it's a new beginning! I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported my 🇪🇹food passion over the past 10 incredible months in Puna!!! 🙏🏾 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I am now embarking on an exciting new journey, bringing the flavors of Ethiopia to Hilo! I will be serving Ethiopian food inside the lovely Coffee Notes cafe on Keawe st., right next to the Booch Bar!!!
My first serving will be Friday June 13th, 6-9pm…frequency is TBD.
I am ecstatic to share my Ethiopian plant-based flavors with Hilo and I look forward to seeing you there! There will be a dine-in and to-go option, so you can enjoy my food wherever you are! 😋🌱🇪🇹💪🏾
