Life is a dance Menu 💃

Greetings, dear neighbors! Exciting news - Curry Hawaii and our wonderful friend Keri are making their return to Orchidland this Monday. Last week, Keri surprised us with complimentary naan, adding a delightful touch to our meal.

This coming Monday, Keri is set to impress once again with her signature dishes: Chicken Tikka Masala, Dal Makhani, and a delectable blend of Potatoes cooked with carrots and peas. If this tantalizing menu doesn't tempt your taste buds, I'm not sure what will!

Curry Hawaii is in a jubilant mood, savoring the goodness of life. I'll be bringing an appetizer called Chatpata Shakarkand, which translates to sweet and sour sweet potatoes. It's sure to awaken your palate. There's tamarind involved 😊

To make this gathering even more special, I'll be preparing my all-time favorite dessert, Moong Dal Halwa. If you haven't had the pleasure of trying it, I highly recommend giving it a taste. It's a true culinary delight, especially popular at weddings.

The evening for Curry Hawaii was truly splendid as we joyously celebrated Ganesha in the sanctums of our homes and hearts.

Each dish was meticulously crafted with the intention of offering homage to the divine essence within us all.

Our hearts brim with gratitude for the presence of everyone who graced the occasion and savored our culinary creations.

Within the span of an hour, we were humbled to be completely sold out, a testament to the wonderful support of our vibrant community.

We warmly welcome Lord Ganesha into our homes, celebrating each day with an array of delightful dishes.

Allow me to introduce our culinary stars: Keri is conjuring up the enchanting Chicken Moon Makhani, a tribute to the moon landing that promises to transport your senses to the lunar realm. Meanwhile, Maharashtra's gift to our table is an exquisite rice dish, meticulously crafted with an assortment of vegetables and an array of special spices.

Curry Hawaii is contributing a dish that's close to the heart, reminiscent of the comfort and love found in Indian households. With the rich blend of fenugreek, spinach, and potatoes, it's a hearty and nutritious creation that's certain to warm your soul.

Keri is set to delight us with her exquisite Chicken Vindaloo Curry, a dish anticipated to fly off the shelves even as I write this.
And that's not all – prepare to be captivated by her creation of a mango curry, boasting flavors that are simply sensational. Have you ever had the pleasure of indulging in mango curry?

Meanwhile, Curry Hawaii has a special treat in store as well. I am personally crafting my cherished ONAM favorite, the Egg Thokku Curry. This delectable dish features a sumptuous and intricate blend of Indian spices that promise a truly indulgent experience. To add to the festivities, I will make Coconut Rice 🍚 🌾

Greetings, fellow food enthusiasts!

Exciting news for this week's menu! Keri is making a delicious comeback with her mouthwatering chicken Tikka masala. Additionally, she's preparing a classic and nutritious dish featuring carrots, peas, and potatoes.

I'll be bringing the delightful flavors of North India to the table with Amritsari Chole, a chickpea delicacy from the vibrant city of Amritsar in Punjab.

But that's not all! I have a delightful surprise in store for you, a dish that promises to be extraordinary. You'll have to show up to find out, but trust me, it'll be absolutely worth it!
