Just got back from a windy walk and it’s hair wash day so we’re not gonna talk about my hair😹

BUT more importantly… coming to the realization that I get to choose which thoughts and feelings I give power to has completely changed my life.

Letting fears, worries, anxiety hold us back from going after everything we want in life is no way to live. If we can make up stories about the worst case scenario in our minds.. we can make up stories about the best case scenario too🫶🏼✨

All of your goals & dreams are right on the other side of doing the uncomfy “hard” things.

We get caught up looking too far into the future. And we let our minds wander too deep into the “what ifs”. “I’m going to have to workout every day for a whole year to reach my goal?” “What if I take this leap and can’t handle the stress?” “What if I fail?”

One day at a time. You can handle it, I promise. You are BUILT to do hard things, to grow, to evolve. Time is SO precious. Start going after your goals & dreams ASAP and trust yourself that you’ve got this.. one day, one moment, one step at a time🤍✨🌱
