But we believe good things are worth doing right — and we want to take the time to make sure every dish, every detail, and every flavor is exactly where we want it to be before we put it in front of you.

Just for clarification, we make it well known that we are a scratch kitchen. Yes we do have a baseline menu but if we have it on hand and can make it for items off our menu, we will and do it all the time. If you are on a diet, have allergies or just have a craving, let us know ahead of time so we can gather the proper ingredients (as we don’t normally carry certain items) and we would be happy to serve you.
