We recently had the honor of welcoming Bill Chaney in to celebrate his 95th birthday here at Smokehouse Barbecue.

Bill built the pit that has helped serve our guests for decades, and his craftsmanship is a lasting part of who we are. As a true Kansas City barbecue legend, his work has shaped not only our restaurant, but barbecue across the city.
