👩🏾‍🍳 DID YOU KNOW? — Big Momma’s Frying Secret

DID YOU KNOW…

Sometimes the difference between crispy, golden perfection and something that comes out greasy starts with one simple thing…

🔥 THE OIL TEMPERATURE!

Big Momma’s Kitchen Tip:

👉 Keep your oil at the right temperature and don’t overcrowd the pan.

When you add too much food at once, the temperature of the oil can drop quickly. That can leave your food absorbing more oil instead of giving you that beautiful golden, crispy outside. 😋

And Big Momma has one more rule:

“Let the oil do the work!” 👩🏾‍🍳❤️

Give your food room, keep that temperature steady, and let that golden goodness happen!

That’s another little secret from Big Momma’s kitchen. 😉

❤️ WHAT A WAY TO END 913 DAY!

Wyandotte… you showed Big Momma some LOVE! 👩🏾‍🍳❤️🚚

What started as another stop on The Adventures of Big Momma turned into something we’ll remember for a long time.

We got to experience the food, the music, the community, and most importantly…

WE GOT TO MEET SOME LEGENDS. 🙌🏾❤️

Big Momma was honored to meet Wilson's Pizza & Grill and the one and only Turkeyleggman! 🔥🦃

Moments like these are exactly why we love getting out into the community.

It’s not always about selling food.

Sometimes it’s about meeting people, hearing stories, making connections, showing love, and becoming part of somebody else’s story.

To everyone who stopped by our truck, shared a smile, grabbed some food, took a picture, or simply came over to say hello…

THANK YOU, WYANDOTTE! ❤️

You welcomed Big Momma with open arms, and we appreciate every bit of it.

The Adventures of Big Momma continue… 🚚💨👩🏾‍🍳

Until the next adventure—

Made With Lots of Love. ❤️
