We understand that emotions are running high after the recent misunderstanding that was posted online. However, our staff and family have been receiving extremely hurtful messages, including phone calls telling us to “go to hell” or “shut down,” and other profanities.

We kindly ask everyone to please stop directing this kind of hostility toward our employees.
They are hardworking people who did nothing wrong and do not deserve to be attacked.

Our response to the situation was simply an effort to clarify the facts.
We are not trying to argue with anyone, nor are we trying to cause further conflict.
We are only trying to defend our business from false claims that have damaged our reputation.

We respect all students and all members of the community, including those with special needs.
We have always welcomed school groups and have proudly served many over the years.

Please allow the situation to be seen with fairness and understanding.
Our doors remain open, and we will continue doing our best to treat every guest with kindness and respect.
