Haunted Trail begins around 7:30pm (sunset-dependent)

Trunk or Treat: Free for all, hosted by the City of Riverside at the event site from 5:30–7:30pm

Help wanted! Looking for someone this corn season who can help us during the months of May-Oct working Fridays-Sundays. This job requires you to be on your feet for 8-10+ hours per shift, someone who's not afraid of working on fire grill pits and ready to jump in and dress corn when needed in a fast-paced environment.

Hello corn lovers! We are getting a lot of people asking where we are.

Unfortunately, with the construction going on and the location we were given, it did not make sense for us to stay through to the end of the event. This was after setting up, buying corn, ingredients, and paying for health inspections. We made a concious business decision to ask for a refund and pack up. We hope you all understand and hope to be back next year in Blue Springs. We look forward to serving everyone again next weekend at the Liberty Fall Festival, Liberty MO! :)

Our food trailer will be at The Grain Valley Fair this Thursday- Saturday. Come out and support us small vendors! This past weekend was rough for us. There are some vendors who had planned to be in Grain Valley that will no longer be able to join us due to the losses from Saturdays storm at SantaCaliGon. :(

BIG NEWS! On the brighter side, we now offer our roasted corn in a bigger size, featuring our BUCKET 'O CORN for only $20! Pick your favorite flavor to put in the bucket, eat some now, save some for later or share with the family while at the festival!

Please say a prayer for all of the vendors that attended the SantaCaliGon Festival. What started with 100° temps, ended with a storm that came through quickly with 60mph winds, which left vendors picking up the pieces of the aftermath. There were some vendors who lost some, if not all of their belongings. We are thankful we have a heavy steel trailer and was placed in front of a big builidng, which left us unharmed and our things, too.

SantaCaliGon is a wrap. We will not be out selling corn today Monday, September 7th, but we will see you at Grain Valley Fair this Friday & Saturday!

🌽 The Cobb Family will be at the Santa Cali Gon Days Festival located at the Historic Independence Square this labor day weekend, selling our delicious roasted corn!! 🎡 Wade Shows Carnival will be there, FEATURING THE BEST RIDE SELECTION IN NORTH AMERICA! 🛍️ Along with a wide selection of crafters and vendors! Bring the family and have some fun!

Looking for up to 4 reliable, high-energy team members for a fast-paced, hot, and busy event season!

​Details:
​Pay: Starts at $15/hr (potential for more based on performance).

​Schedule:
​4-day event (Sept 4-7th), minimum 8-10hr days+, at the start of September
​Events every weekend through the month
​Potential to continue into our later October season!

​Open Roles:
​Corn Dresser: Preparing and dressing customer orders.
​Corn Roaster: Roasting corn over a high-heat grill.

​Requirements:
​Reliable transportation (travel up to 1 hour in the greater Kansas City area).
​Must show up on time and ready to work.
​Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hot, commercial kitchen environment. Ability to stand long hours. Some minor heavy lifting.
