Farmhaus 🌾 Now on tap at the Bierhalle (Waldo)!

A German-take on the traditional Belgian-Style Tripel, Farmhaus has a hazy malt body, a hint of candied sweetness, and peppery, slightly funky fermentation character. At 7.75%, it has a hint of booze, but finishes crisp and bone-dry.

This bier has been a favorite amongst the brewers, and is on draught now for a limited time!

While brewing our latest batch of Apfel Cider, we noticed that our apple juice looked perfectly still. This is an example of Laminar Flow, a property in fluid dynamics of fluid particles to follow smooth paths in layers that don’t intersect. This occurs at low velocities and with specific viscosities of fluid. And, it looks really cool!

It's a great day! Why? Kansas City football is back, and so is ArrowRed Lager! 🏈

Even though it's preseason, we couldn't resist rolling out our Red Lager for the occasion. This balanced, crushable red bier is available now through the end of football season, in 6-packs and on draught at the Waldo Bierhalle and in stores near you!

It's hot outside, but inside our lagering tanks, it's always nice and cold. 🌡️

Winterbock is conditioning inside of Tank #11 at a chilly 1°C (33.8°F). It might seem early, but this high gravity bier needs a nice long rest at cold temperatures before it's late fall release. Over the next month, residual proteins, yeast, and any remaining solids will be precipitated out, giving the finished bier a crisp, silky-smooth taste and brilliant clarity.
