UPDATE: KC Bier Co Lenexa will open TOMORROW, July 28th, at 3:00PM with bar only. Come enjoy a bier with us and check out the space!

We’ll open at 3:00PM Wednesday and Thursday as well, and regular operating hours will go into effect Friday. Kitchen service will also begin rollout this week!

We have some sad news, but also some happy news.

The sad news is that today is James Arcano's last day as the Bierhalle General Manager in Waldo. The happy news is that Amy Pepper is back with KC Bier Co. and taking over as General Manager!

If you've been with us for a while, you might remember that Amy as our Bierhalle GM from 2016-2019. She departed to explore a new career path, but missed us so much that now she's back! We're excited for this new era under her great leadership.

James's contributions to the brewery have been immense- from expanding the food menu to spear-heading events like Music Bingo and the Bock Party, his impact has been huge, and we will miss him greatly. He's got exciting things ahead, and we look forward to seeing him every week still with the Waldo-Brookside Rotary Club on Wednesday nights.

Stop by today to say "Auf Wiedersehen!" to James and "Guten Tag!" to Amy!

The summer of fußball is over, but we'll treasure the memories of this time in Kansas City forever! ⚽

We had so much fun hosting visitors from across the globe and sharing our love of the sport over a bier. Our staff is still tired, our coolers are a little more bare than usual, but our hearts are full. DANKE SCHÖN!

Bundesliga starts in August, and we open early on match days. See you soon, fußball fans!

Join us in welcoming Katie Conger to the Production team as a Brewer! 🍺

Katie comes to us from the University of Missouri, where she recently graduated with her BSBE in Biological Engineering. She's a big fan of Hefeweizen, but has discovered a love for Helles and Festbier since starting here. When she's not brewing bier with us, Katie enjoys playing video and board games, visiting other breweries, practicing her knife-throwing skills, and hanging out with her cat, Carlisle.

All matches will be on (with sound) and overflow seating will be available. Our kitchen will be running a limited menu on match days to help ensure the best service.

We’re not a Swiss brewery, but for today we are! 🇨🇭 Kansas City Swiss Society came in to decorate this morning, and this afternoon we were joined by the Federal Councillor, Martin Pfister, and Switzerland’s Ambassador to the US, Dr. Ralf Heckner!
