I have not made a post in a while But I am back to making enchiladas 20.00 a pan. There are twelve in each pan beef, chicken, or cheese Tamales are 25.00 dollars of dozen pork , green Chile chicken, or pepper and cheese I need at least a couple of days notice on the tamales.
