You see the long days. The late nights. The stress, the uncertainty, the countless little details that go into building something you believe in.

To hear The Lush Vine described as a “breath of fresh air” in the Manteno restaurant scene, and to hear such kind words about what we’re building, is incredibly humbling.
We didn’t just want to open another restaurant. We wanted to create a place where people could slow down for a little while. Where a good glass of wine, a shared plate, and meaningful conversation could turn an ordinary night into something worth remembering.
