Today, Escobar’s is the popular Mexican restaurant in Kanab and employs 16 people. Owners Rosa and Leo have developed special versions of authentic Mexican food classics such as Chile Rellenos, chimichangas, enchiladas, and carne asada. All are made using special recipes developed by Leo and his father Martin.
