This is not deli turkey playing dress-up.

We’re talking roasted turkey, piled high on French bread, smothered in rich gravy, and served with potatoes, green beans, and micro greens.

Warm, hearty, fork-required, and absolutely uninterested in behaving like a tidy little sandwich.

Come hungry. This Wrangler means business.

We made a salad with tofu, oranges, crispy wontons, and orange soy dressing because apparently lettuce was tired of being the responsible one. 🍊🥬😏

Meet the Citrus Tofu Crunch Salad: lettuce & spinach, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, orange slices, crunchy tofu bites, and a glorious pile of crispy wontons, all tossed with our orange soy dressing.

Fresh? Yep.
Crunchy? Absolutely.
Boring salad? Not on our watch.

Come get it while it’s hanging around. Your fork has been through enough mediocre salads.

🦃 What happens to a Turkey in Kanab? It gets roasted by the sun, posted on social media.. (shall we say roasted and posted).... then takes a dip at Rocking V Cafe.

Meet our Roasted Turkey Dip: house-roasted turkey piled high with bacon and smoked provolone, served with warm turkey au jus for maximum dipability.

Carl Isom-McDaniel, everyone at Rocking V Cafe was relieved to hear that you are recovering after your frightening encounter with a bison in Yellowstone.

When you’re feeling better and your travels bring you through Kanab, we would be honored to treat you and your grandson to a complimentary bison dinner at Rocking V Cafe.

After everything you’ve been through, we think your next bison encounter should be from a much safer distance, served on a plate.

They say revenge is a dish best served cold. We prefer it hot, perfectly cooked, and with potatoes on the side. 😉

In honor of our nation's 250 years of independence and freedom, Rocking V Cafe will be closed on Saturday, July 4th so our team can celebrate this historic occasion with family and friends.

At Rocking V Cafe, our Memorial Table stands as a quiet reminder that freedom is never free, and that some sacrifices can never truly be repaid.

We honor the fallen. We remember the families. And we remain forever grateful.

Especially the moms who somehow survived:
