Earl's Serving the community since 1949, Earl's has been a Saito family tradition for three generations. A Hawaii Limited Liability Company.

Beginning in the heart of an old plantation town on the Hamakua Coast, Earl’s Paauilo Store has been serving the community since 1949. Originally called Paauilo Store, our small business has been run by the Saito family for three generations. In 1972, Earl’s Snack Shop opened serving burgers and fries; Paauilo Store became the local gathering place. After the closure of Hamakua Sugar Company, the

community underwent several changes, and in time, the business evolved into a convenience store. Today, Earl's has expanded to two locations: Waimea and Paauilo. Next time you are passing through, be sure to stop by and pick up a Bento Roll, "It's a feast in your fist!"
