Ooh that's the Phoenix, an upgrade to the Cheesy Melt with savory local tomato, onion and avocado plus roasted hot peppers for a crowd-pleasing combo. This time of the year local avos are rare so it goes fast. Always great with that tomato soup and chips and a pickle too!

We've come to the Reuben. Initially a special we ran for the Marriot construction crew, it was so well received we put it on the menu! We use regular sourdough, not rye, so it's a little lighter than the classic and really allows the fillings to be the focus. Thin sliced pastrami, house made 1000 island, and raw kraut from cabbage grown a mile away. Of course Swiss to tie it all together! If you hear the guy ahead of you order three or four of these, just know he's treating his family or friends to a beloved meal 😋 we like sharing

Frenchman or Sergio? We take local mushrooms from right across the courtyard and sauté with some creminis for body, then add in onions that have been melted in rich beef broth. A little truffle oil, a little Gruyère, a little Swiss and you have the comfort and richness of the Frenchman. Want something that is guaranteed to get you through the entire rest of your day? THAT is the Sizzling Serrano. Chef Will cooks down bacon, onions, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and bourbon into a magical addictive spread we call jam. Then he toasts fresh Serrano peppers with roasted Anaheim chilies to get a nice warming-but-not-melt-your-face-off heat. We add our housemade garlic herb cream cheese and sizzle until golden.
