The 2026 Kalamazoo Vegan Chef Challenge is officially a wrap after the awards ceremony this week! We took home the award for the best “veganized” dish with our vegan salmon dinner. You can still get our vegan salmon on request with items like our salads or vegetable stir-fry for a completely vegan dish. Just ask your server! We hope to be back for the challenge again next year! 🌱

School is out, summer is here, and so are weekday lunches back at TCBC! Starting this week you can grab lunch at the pub. Doors open at NOON. This will run all summer from now until Labor Day. As a bonus, everyday we have a $9.99 lunch special. That’s a great deal full of flavor!
