Who’s ready to try October’s Pay It Forward Cheesecake… Apple C***r 🍎

•Grand Traverse Pie Co. whipped cheesecake, apple c***r vanilla sauce, caramel, fire roasted apples, apple c***r sugar, mint leaf •

$1 for each piece of cheesecake sold will go back to Kalamazoo Nature Center.

L42° Dark Rum, fig syrup, dry c***r, lemon juice, apple, BRIX Jamaican ginger b**r, star anise.

•French Onion Bread•
Demi-baguette, caramelized onion, roasted garlic, butter, balsamic glaze, parsley, au jus.

•Harvest Chicken Salad•
Chicken thighs, cherries, apples, red onion, walnuts, roasted garlic aioli, Swiss, mixed greens, brioche.

•Apple C***r Cheesecake•
Grand Traverse Pie Co. whipped cheesecake, warm fire roasted apples, cinnamon- sugar, apple-vanilla sauce, confectioners sugar, mint.
Every slice sold $1 will go back to Kalamazoo Nature Center.

These are available until 10/7 (well the Cheesecake is all month long 😉)
