Good Morning SK family!!
This is a real issue for restaurants everywhere. Trying to balance what they need to charge to stay open, while still charging prices that feel fair to their customers and community. Food costs, labor, rent, and utilities have all risen dramatically, and many restaurant owners are faced with an impossible decision: raise prices or close their doors.
A lot of restaurants choose to close because they don’t feel comfortable charging what it truly costs to operate today. It’s a tough situation for both business owners and customers, and there’s no easy answer.
