As you may know or maybe you did not hear, the entire City of Kalamazoo is under a boil water advisory. E. coli was found in water samples taken about an hour ago. We are tackling this issue at our cafés by doing best practices on boiling water and sanitizing. We’ve also stopped using our ice machines and are running with bagged ice and we want to assure you that your health and ours is top of mind. Please in your own homes follow the guidance and don’t drink, wash veggies, or cook with any tap water, even filtered, until we’re given the all clear from the City. We will keep you updated as the situation changes.
