Palates turned ONE today!
This past year we had the opportunity to experience coffee + community first hand. The more coffee we served, the more our appreciation + respect grew for our community and for everyone involved in the journey of coffee.
Starting something new is hard but today as we took a step back and reflected on the last year, we were overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you for trusting us to pour your drinks + try new coffee and for all of your support! We are looking forward to celebrating with you guys this Saturday.

Tomorrow is the first day of May! May is a special month for us because Palates turns one. We are so thankful for all of your support + our Palates crew that made our first year a memorable one!
We couldn’t think of a better way to kick off the month than by serving more good coffee and expanding our palates. In addition to the Answer, we are so excited to serve Tropical Weather starting tomorrow. Who’s excited for their first sip?!
