The bay is full of noodles.

Pasta is the pre race dinner because it is a lot of carbohydrates in a bowl you already know how to eat. Carbohydrates are what gets stored as glycogen. That is the fuel the swim. For a full Ironman the load is the 36 to 48 hours before, not one heroic plate at 9 p.m. Open 7 days a week 11:30 - 8:30PM for your intake of Protein and Carbohydrates.

Familiar food. Tomato sauce. Gluten-free if that is how you train.

February 18, 1978. John and Judy Collins combined three races already on the island. In 1981 it moved to the lava. Saturday it finishes right here in Kona.
